1973 Porsche 911T

Many years ago when you could buy a great, rust free California 911 for $35,000 I purchased this 911 to relive a time long past. One of my friends wanted an exact replica of the 911T he purchased from Bill Jones in San Antonio Texas when he got out of the Air Force. He had to have a CIS injection Sephia Brown 911 set up exactly as Bill Jones did it back in the day. The great news here is I talked him out of Brown and talked him into this Grey Beige one you see here. We found this car on Ebay with one repaint and zero rust and bought it. Upon receiving the car the engine and transmission were sent to Chris Powell at Chris's German in Bellevue Washington to be rebuild and warmed up! The original block was set aside(included with the sale) and another used for the build. The body of the car was beautiful and was stripped down to the bare shell to find very little had to be done metal wise. The bottom was re-undercoated, the panels smoothed to perfection and the glass like paint applied in its original color. This car was completely gone through. To give the car the Bill Jones touch we lowered it a hair, added 7' wheels on the back and S Spoiler up front. Inside we located a set of original sport seats and had Tony at Autobahn interiors work his magic with the rest and used a Prototypo steering wheel just like he had in 1973. The finished product is stunning! My client took this 911 to the Porsche parade in St. Charles IL and won the performance class! The car has been driven less than 800 miles since and runs and shows fantastic.
